About Us

L'Abode Accommodation specialises in exclusive luxury accommodation, managing fully-furnished properties for guests looking to holiday or relocating throughout Australia. We endeavour to create an authentic local experience where guests can enjoy high-end comforts and unique local adventures.

We're based in the Eastern Suburbs where you will be meeting up with the team throughout the week at various locations. Most of our properties are based in the Eastern Suburbs and beaches, however other locations (inside and outside of NSW) will also be on the cards for you to visit.

The role:
Your time will be spent on the road visiting properties, completing inspections and looking after L’Abode guests and our luxury homes in order to make for a great guest experience.

It’s your job to ensure our properties meet the expectations of our guests and that our properties are well maintained, clean and have everything you would expect as a discerning guest.

You will have the job perk of meeting and greeting A-list celebrities, athletes, professional celebrity gamers and social media superstars

You will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of delivering exceptional properties and an exceptional service to our guests. You will have varied tasks, working with our Field Operations Lead and the team to ensure perfect execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Property Management and home operations
- Repairs and maintenance oversee this aspect of the business and maintaining and following through including follow-ups
- Managing suppliers and quality control (housekeeping, mainteananace)
- Tenancy condition reports, guest-ready inspections
- Completing 'guest ready’s' for new properties and those that are only available during certain times of the year, ensuring after the owner leaves but before the guests arrive our properties are ready for our incoming guests.
- Possible out of State visits - Brisbane, Melbourne, Tasmania
- First point of contact for guests (examples of what might come up, questions, troubleshooting, how to’s, complaints, issues, escalations requiring in person action)
- Fast decision-making, good judgment and common sense goes a long way
- Meet and Greet our guests and be our guests
- Overseeing reviews and feedback from guests
- Meeting and greeting our VIP guests
- Exit and Entry inspections from longer stays
- Assistance with Photo Shoots and preparing our homes - home styling, home preparation
- Office and Admin Assistance - Assisting the Owner Manager with administrative tasks
- Host onboarding - Supporting the Owner Manager to ensure the property is good to go and everything is guest-ready

Skills and Experience

Qualifications and experience
- Experience with a high-end or luxury product and operations, anything related to accommodation or the travel industry is a bonus.
- You have a track record of delivering within an operational business.
- Good organisational skills and able to work autonomously.
- Ambitious and results-driven with a love of achieving high-level operations.
- This role is fast-paced and tasks and aspects can change. You are flexible, adaptable and amenable to change.
- Dynamic and responsive.
- Good team-building and problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial awareness is a bonus but not required.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills, even under pressure.
- Experience in the short term accommodation industry is preferred
- Property management & guest interaction required
