Total Earth Care is your “one-stop environmental shop” that provides environmental & civil planning, management, and on-ground solutions. Since our incorporation in 1991, we have pioneered ecological restoration and environmental rehabilitation techniques in the Sydney region and have grown to become a multi-disciplinary company providing a range of specialist services across Australia.

**We are currently recruiting for Bush Regenerators for our Roaming Crew, Sydney Region.** The role will include all aspects of on-ground ecological restoration. You will be responsible for conducting essential conservation work, focusing on weed management and ecological restoration in a rail corridor environment. This role requires a commitment to safety, environmental sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in varied outdoor conditions.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Minimum 3 days availability
- White Card
- Current drivers’ licence and your own transport (preferably some experience in driving a manual vehicle/4WD)
- AQF3 (required for Level 3 and above)
- First Aid (desirable)
- RIW Card (desirable)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- WHS White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
