**About the Role**:
As a Loan Administrator, you will support the post settlement function by liaising with key service providers such as Brokers, Solicitors, and other internal departments. In addition to loan documentation, you will be responsible for quality control, verifications, process improvement and superior service.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Instruct external vendors for loan contracts
- Prepare loans for settlement
- Mortgage variations
- Discharge instructions
- Coordinate payout figures
- Finalise transactions
- Assist Brokers/Solicitors with queries regarding the status of a loan

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Lending
- Experience in post approval is preferred
- Solid understanding of the home loan lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Process-orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
