**More about the role;**

As a Client Services Advisor your job is to provide awesome service to our existing client base with day to day parts of your role including..
- Assist our customers with general enquires
- Amend existing policies
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities

**A bit about you;**
- Must have a passion for providing an exceptional customer service
- The drive to excel and exceed targets/KPIs
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with customers
- Customer service/ sales experience preferable
