ING Australia’s Financial Institutions “FI” team is looking for an Analyst/Associate to support an exciting time of growth within the Wholesale Bank “WB” business in Sydney, Australia. Financial Institutions is an integral part of ING’s Wholesale Bank covering industry sectors including Funds, Banks, NBFI’s and Insurance. ING Financial Institutions is a global business operating in all the major financial centres across Europe, APAC and AMEA meaning you’ll gain great working exposure to international markets to further progress your career within the corporate banking sector.

**What you’ll do**
- Act as a support point of contact for FI clients helping develop a deep understanding of client requirements and strategies with the aim of maximising ING’s client relationships
- Manage operational processes for the existing FI portfolio in addition to the smooth and efficient execution of new transactions
- Be involved in the execution of ING’s FI strategy in Australia
- Assist ING’s market presence and enhance its profile through effective internal and external communication
- Support the implementation of ING’s business strategies and policies in Australia to achieve financial and business objectives while ensuring sound and prudent banking practices in accordance with statutory, regulatory and Group governance requirements
- Be involved with new transactions helped by drafting marketing materials and other promotional documentation
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and other activity with the broader ING Australia WB business as needed

**What we’re looking for**
- 3-5 years experience at Associate/Analyst level within FI or Corporate banking role
- Fundamental experience in establishment and management of credit lines to Funds and NBFI’s
- Strong communication skills - ability to converse with an array of stakeholders
- Strong growth mindset with a willingness to learn and further develop key skills
- Tertiary Degree in a relevant field
