As an Associate Director, you will support the Head of Institutional Financial Crime with managing day-to-day activities of the team. You will play a key role in fostering an outcome focused, customer responsive and risk aware compliance culture to increase visibility of Money Laundering/Terrorism Financing, Bribery and Corruptions and Sanctions Risks.
You will advise our Institutional Businesses on Financial Crime risks on areas such as commodities trading, global markets, asset management, asset finance, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and corporate advisory. You will lead reviews to strengthen the risk management frameworks in respect to Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Sanctions operations, including policy and guidance review and management as well as business risk assessments.
In addition, you will lead and provide oversight over key Financial Crime activities such as enhanced due diligence on clients, counterparties, transactions and prospects to ensure risks are identified and managed appropriately.

- Effective stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders including the Board.
