This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact Talent Acquisition leadership role at GYG. For the first time in four years, this position has become available—only because our incredible incumbent is taking the leap to open her own GYG restaurant

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of two high-performing Talent Partners supporting restaurants across NSW and ACT. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment and talent strategies across the region, ensuring we continue to attract, hire, and retain the best people in the industry.

You will be responsible for:

- ** Leadership & Team Development** - Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Talent team.
- ** Strategic Talent Partnering** - Work closely with senior operational leaders to support new restaurant openings, head office recruitment, and workforce planning.
- ** Talent Strategy & Projects** - Lead key talent initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment tech enhancements, and workforce expansion strategies.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement** - Partner with Franchisees, Operations, and HQ leaders to ensure best-in-class hiring processes.
- ** Continuous Improvement** - Drive innovation in recruitment, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and hire the best talent efficiently.
