Seeking a Marketing Creative to foster a large and upcoming retail development 10k from Canberra's CBD.

Your new company

We’ve partnered with one of Australia’s largest private property businesses on the hunt for their next Senior Marketing creative to help foster the latest retail development, just 10km from Canberra’s CBD.

Your new role

You’ll be working with a flourishing team, developing marketing strategies and new initiatives to ensure growth and profitability, and plan and execute campaigns to deliver with the highest level of customer experience. This will be achieved across all activations, marketing channels and platforms - both traditional and digital.

This role includes:

- Create and deliver a strategic marketing plan and calendar along with effective campaign analysis and results reporting.
- Cultivate new and existing relationships with retailers and internal and external stakeholders in line with the company’s values
- Lead the team in the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives across

traditional and digital media.
- Efficiently and accurately maintain and update reports, financial records and budgeting

documentation, adhering to set deadlines and process requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be confident and passionate about fostering business relationships and creating outstanding customer experience through effective marketing initiatives. Previous Marketing experience in the Construction and Property or Retail industry is advantageous.

Specific skills/qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate commercial practicability and analytic skills to make best for business decisions.
- Excellent time management - Deliver all requirements of the role to a high standard.
- Effectively manage conflict whilst maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and the management of an allocated fund.
