Canberra - Full-Time - Organisational Support **About the Role** Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the Marketing and Communications Team to plan, develop and execute Communities at Work's marketing and communication strategies and initiatives. This role will manage Communities at Work's brand and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive organisational growth and deliver business and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead and manage the Marketing and Communications team and activities - Develop and implement a Marketing and Communication Strategy and annual Business Plan to deliver short & long-term organisational goals, and report on progress and outcomes against the Business Plan to the Executive team - Lead and manage Communities at Work's marketing and communications activities, including: - strategic public and media relations - content marketing - digital marketing, including social media, - advertising - market research and reporting - Manage Communities at Work's brand and provide internal brand expertise, education and advice regarding all aspects of the Communities at Work brand, including assessing and advising on third-party use of Communities at Work's name and logo for initiatives, events, and sponsorship - Manage Communities at Work's events to leverage and promote Communities at Work's expertise and thought leadership - Drive a positive customer journey across all service areas to deliver a better experience and outcome for customers and clients and increase lifetime value of clients - Manage all platforms and assets, including contracts and subscriptions with external agencies and suppliers - Support business development activities to drive business goals, identify new business opportunities, build relationships and drive positive partnerships and opportunities for growth - Manage fundraising strategy and support service-driven fundraising campaigns - Develop and maintain external partnerships and collaborative relationships with community sector and others - Drive continuous improvement and growth through ongoing monitoring, evaluation and improvement - Manage allocated budget to maximise results ***About You** You will be innovative, tenacious, community-minded and committed to making things happen. You will bring an entrepreneurial approach to Communities at Work's Marketing and Communications, with strong project management skills and ability to deliver timely and quality outcomes. You will be a passionate, creative thinker and a dynamic collaborator, able to build meaningful relationships with partners and stakeholders across all levels.
