**About the Role**

Are you an IT professional specialising in the delivery of software services? Do you have strong vendor management and stakeholder management experience?

Key accountabilities include:

- Oversee Santos’ Managed Services Provider to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations
- Advocate change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, we are seeking for professionals with the following essential work experience:

- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience in managing vendors across multiple projects and BAU service activities.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.

Desirable experience for this role includes:

- Good experience in obtaining technical support and services.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- ITIL certification is preferred.

Ideally, you have a degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in IT or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
