Position Summary:

- Rise with us and supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
- Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience
- Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
- Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives
- Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing

About You:

- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
