**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead our Clayton-based maintenance team.

You'll manage a team of 16 tradespeople and a Maintenance Planner, drive process improvements, and uphold safety standards ensuring optimal performance of our Baker Perkins and Kaak equipment.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - with some flexibility to support emergencies

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits.
- Troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage documentation and report maintenance progress to leadership.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related Mechanical/Electrical Trade.
- 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with Baker Perkins and Kaak equipment (preferred).
- Strong leadership, technical expertise, and safety compliance knowledge.
