About the job
Our client, Sales Redefined, is seeking a Head of Client Services to join the team. The role will be responsible for the growth of Sales Redefined client services through revenue, profit and growing client base.
Sales Redefined is an ROI driven sales and marketing integrator who create lead generation and sales funnels for ambitious, growth-focused IT organisations needing to shift to a more digitally oriented sales model. We work with leaders who have the burn to position themselves for success.

**Responsibilities**
**Client Management and Development**
- Ensure client relationships at Manager/Senior Manager level are developed and maintained, guiding them on their marketing strategy, communicating on project delivery versus plan and securing on-going funding
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with client satisfaction as a core deliverable
- Ensure effective and results driven ideation for major projects and presentation for major projects
**Programme Execution**
- Lead the team to plan and deliver multiple marketing programmes that deliver against the chosen marketing strategy and client objectives
- Role model best practice programme management in the team - ensuring adherence to the correct processes and following best-practice
- Deliver ‘next level’ creativity and latest best practice to ensure the team are always at the leading edge of SMarketing and sales funnels
- Ensure a focus on measuring campaign results to identify success and outcomes of campaign activities
- Ensure consistent standard of delivery is maintained and SR deliver excellence through peer review and checking process
**Commercial Management**
- Develop and maintain accurate resource plans and revenue forecasts, to ensure we are on track from a delivery perspective, as well as ensuring account stability and profitability
- Accurate preparation for monthly commercial reviews
- Accurate forecasting to ensure future resource allocation achieves Sales Redefined and client objectives in a balanced way
- Develop and manage systems and processes to efficiently and effectively deliver client services
- Ensure resource and system management is effective and efficient through the development and maintenance of systems to accurately forecast project and internal needs to ensure growth projections are met
**Team Management and Development**
- Develop the skills of other team members through on-the-job coaching, support and guidance
- Manage, inspire and motivate a team of direct reports
**New Business Development**
- Identify new opportunities within existing clients and develop strategies to expand our offering into the client
- Accurately scope, estimate and develop plans to deliver demonstrable sales results and return on marketing investment, ensuring commercial targets for accounts are met and exceeded
**Sales & Marketing Strategy**
- Provide recommendations for large scale marketing solutions that deliver on Sales Redefined objectives, with expertise in at least three core areas of our service offering
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Significant experience working in agency and/or client side within a similar B2B role
- Significant IT industry experience
- Demonstrable experience of meeting complex B2B marketing challenges and go to market strategies
- Experience and confidence in influencing and managing key client/decision maker and partner relationships and comfortable communicating at C-Level both internally and externally
- Ability to present with impact
- Team management experience and preference
- Experience of developing marketing programmes based on client/business objectives, and of recommending marketing solutions to business challenges
- Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
