**The Role**:
Reporting to and working alongside the Director, this role requires a highly proactive, detailed and well organised individual, who wants to 'own it' and make a difference within a growing business.

Our client is seeking an experienced eCommerce coordinator to join their team; you will be responsible for maintaining the eCommerce platform as well as Catch, Amazon, and Ozsale, Mosaic. This role is focused on exceeding customer satisfaction and expectations. You will drive the online growth and build a solid brand loyalty across the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the E-Commerce platform across our WooCommerce website, as well as Catch, Amazon, and Ozsale, Mosaic.
- Image production, and product listing-write/upload product descriptions and upload to above website.
- Analyse google analytic data.
- Manage stock level and inventory feeds for all websites.
- Prepare orders for shipment and customer returns.
- Processing incoming stock.
- Assist with compiling weekly EDM.

**You will have**:

- E-commerce storefront experience—hopefully with WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of listing products on Amazon/Catch is desired.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics is essential.
- Highly competent in Excel.
- Strong merchandising and analytics experience.
- Adobe Photoshop, In Design & Illustrator, Canva.
- Experience with Klaviyo.
- Social Media experience is desired.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail, punctual, reliable, flexible, willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.
- High level of communication, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
