As our new Workplace Lead (Facilities), you’ll be a vital part of the Workplace team who are changing the way we deliver Workplace experience to our clients and employees.

We strive to provide the Workplace of the future, and continually seek to improve how we support our wider business. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:
- Manage our Workplace Team in Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle and lead the team in managing our day-to-day Workplace Operations.- Manage our Facilities, Compliance and Maintenance plans, ensuring all workplaces run smoothly and legal compliance activities are met across all sites.- Support Workplace Manager Supplier Account management (including managing operational budgets) across NSW/ACT monitoring vendors to seek performance improvement and value where possible- Support Workplace Manager and key Experience Business Partners in delivering our Aurecon Experience, Front of House and Events Strategy- With support from our Brand, Marketing and Communications team, lead the team in delivering our Workplace Communications plan.- With support from our Technology team, lead the team in managing all Workplace Technology tools (AV systems, Desk Booking, Locker booking etc.)- Support Workplace Manager in delivery of Workplace Projects across the NSW Region and drive new continuous improvement initiatives.- Represent Workplace Team in our business working with key stakeholders (Senior Leadership, Technology, H&S team etc.)

As well as experience in a similar Workplace Lead (Facilities) role. Specifically, you will:
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to the Workplace team and will be able to develop strong relationships across the business. This role will suit an independent self-starter, who knows how to put our people and clients first and able to manage multiple competing priorities.- Be a technical master in managing a high functioning Workplace, have strong knowledge of what good Workplace Experience looks like and passionate in driving process improvement initiatives.- Bring strong leadership experience to the role and will be passionate in training and developing a high performing team.- Have a strong foundation in utilisation Digital Tools (cloud collaboration, file sharing, chatting and communicating).

This role would suit someone who is looking to join and lead a Workplace team in a great innovative organisation, who has the skills and enthusiasm to make the role their own.
