As a Property Portfolio Officer in the Residential Leasing Team, you will provide support across a broad range of property management functions to ensure effective and efficient delivery of property services in respect of the management of TMR's residential rental portfolio by liaising with tenants, agents, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure departmental properties are managed in accordance with policy and legislative requirements.
- Participate in the afterhours on call roster.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions
- Real Estate Registration with the Office of Fair Trade, and current property management experience. Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
