We are in need of an **Administrative Assistant** who will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into the company’s systems and databases. This role is providing administrative support to insurance brokers with aspects of day-to-day tasks. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently are essential for this role.
- Duties and Responsibilities - General administrative duties as directed by management
- Processing paperwork
- Maintaining detailed records
- Data entry
- Assistance with insurance claims as needed/directed
- Obtaining history of insurance claims
- Regular debtor follow-up
- Qualifications - Possess our core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication and teamwork
- A minimum of three years of administrative experience is required.
- Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working for Australian companies is favourable.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong ability to learn online platforms
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes direction and feedback well
