**About the Opportunity**

WesTrac is seeking an experienced and organised Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our expanding team. Reporting into the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor you will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and maintaining site-specific resources to ensure mínimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. You'll have the opportunity to step into a newly created role, supporting our growing workload while contributing to our project and sustainability commitments. Additionally, you will provide valuable assistance to our Casula facility and act as the main point of contact for the landlord responsible for on-site maintenance. If you have experience in maintenance coordination and preferably in fixed plant, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills. **Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Electrical Trade background or industry experience is desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance procedures and experience in developing maintenance plans
- Excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Microsoft Office skills and experience using MEX Maintenance Planning Software is preferred but not essential
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet objectives
- Proven experience in contractor supervision and management
