**About the Role**
Join WesTrac's dynamic team as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at our Newcastle Branch As a crucial member of our organisation, you will work closely with the Facilities, Assets & Compliance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and assets, supporting uninterrupted business operations. With a focus on team collaboration and a customer-centric approach, you will be responsible for supervising contractors across multiple trades, managing contractor inductions, planning long-term plant and asset maintenance, reviewing security measures including CCTV and access control, scheduling day-to-day site compliance maintenance, and overseeing the utilization of MEX maintenance software. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week from Monday to Friday. **What we’re looking for**
- Electrical High Voltage Trade background or relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in supervising trade labour
- Asset management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance procedures and experience in developing maintenance plans
- Excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Microsoft Office skills and experience using Maintenance Planning Software
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritise to meet objectives
- Proven hands-on experience in contractor supervision and management
