Our clinics in Launceston are currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join us. We are open to both full time and part time options. Full time staff will be required to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.45am and 9pm and part time staff to work 3 days a week (Wed, Thu and Fri).
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.
**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience in radiology administration and terminology is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills whilst showing compassion and empathy to our patients
- Strong multitasking skills while under pressure.
- Ability to embrace ongoing learning opportunities and be committed to professional development
