**The Client**

A body that is a service provider in the education space. They are responsible for driving the improvement of education, compliance and funding to name a few areas.

There is a new service experience function which is redesigning and continuously improving how services are delivered.

**Benefits**
- 6 month contract (possible extension)
- $1150 (incl super) p/day
- Hybrid work arrangements - 1-2 days

**The Role**

As the Research and Insights Lead you will help deliver expert advice to internal stakeholders and make sure research projects are conducted with evidence-based design practices and research.

You will be working with the Research and Insights Manager on significant issues that arise whilst working which may influence the business operations.

**Essential Skills**
- Develop research tools and strategies customised to each project
- Strong experience using Qualtrics and any other research tools including Dovetail and Alida
- Project management experience allowing you to deliver quantitative and/or qualitative research and analytic reporting projects
- Previously designed surveys, discussion guides, dashboards, generated insight, conducted interviews and focus groups
- Mentor other more junior research staff

**Desirable Skills**
- 5+ years’ experience in Research and Insights positions and/or
- Degree in psychology, marketing, commerce or similar
