**Consumer Liaison Manager**

- Ensure that RMH is receptive and responsive to consumer feedback
- The Community Engagement and Patient Experience team is responsible for ensuring that RMH listens to, and effectively responds to, the voices of consumers, families and carers. As a subset of this team, the Consumer Liaison service is responsible for the intake, triage and review of feedback from consumers, families and carers. The team works closely with acute, subacute and mental health services within RMH to review and respond to consumer concerns, suggestions, and compliments.**Your new role**:

- Lead a culture of excellence in customer service
- Ensure that all voices are heard
- Respond in meaningful ways to consumers, families and carers
- Influence and demonstrate service improvements arising from feedback
- Build capability across RMH

**About you**:

- You are passionate about customer service
- You are a proficient leader, with a collaborative working style
- Your communication and negotiation skills are excellent
- You have experience in health or a relevant industry at a senior level
