**About You |**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exception attention to detail and be highly organised

**About The Role |**
As a Legal Secretary, you will be able to develop your skills and continue to learn whilst working alongside well-respected Partners, Senior Associates and Lawyers.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Document management
- Legal research
- Coordination of meetings and internal/ external functions
- General ad hoc administrative duties
- Opening and closing of matters including e-filing and physical archiving via billing and document management systems.
- Assisting the secretaries with end of month billing including timesheets, amending bill narratives, and finalising bills
- Assisting with project managing files including drafting cost agreements, monitoring fee estimates and client reporting
- Creating, drafting, editing, and formatting a range of legal correspondence and documents including counsel briefs.
- Management of court and fee earner calendars
