Evolution Hospitality Institute (RTO:91256) has operated as a Registered Training Organisation since 2006, specialising in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie and Hospitality. Our registration reaches out to domestic and international student markets. We are a dual-sector English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS), Vocational Education and Training (VET) CRICOS registered training organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing. As valued staff members, you will be expected to understand Evolutions’ mission and core values and demonstrate an active contribution to this.

As the Student Recruitment Sales Advisor, you will assist in developing and implementing onshore and offshore marketing plans to recruit international students from within Australia and through joint partnerships from offshore.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Identify prospective leads and work to bring critical partnerships to maturity.
- To develop new processes and procedures for international student recruitment.
- Work at developing a core calendar of events, career expos and social media forums to maximise brand awareness.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Bilingual/Multilingual (Highly desirable; **Vietnamese; Chinese
- Mandarin, Korean and Japanese**)
- High level of customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of ASQA compliance requirementsDevelop and build relationships with key stakeholders, both local onshore/ offshore education agents.
- Knowledge or experience of government funding relating to training will be highly regarded.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and meet sales and marketing KPIs.
- Ability to be able to travel overseas when and where required (Valid passport).
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar.
- Flexibility and adaptability in servicing the needs of diverse markets.
- Ability to work in a team environment and to be receptive to change.
- A can-do attitude with a great team mentality.
- Sales/outbound calls experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills in managing a CRM system and various databases.
- Experience in Student Management Systems will be highly regarded.

**Critical Industry Experience/ Criteria**
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience within the International Education Marketing Sector.
- To be eligible, you must have working rights in Australia and at least two calendar years remaining on a current visa.
- Proven ability to demonstrate having met prior sales and marketing targets and KPIs.

**The total Package Range is $65,000 - $80,000 (base salary + super + incentive).**

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
