Reporting to the Director, CME (Corporate Property), you’ll be part of a team that provides execution and credit input, working closely with the Client Coverage team, across all aspects of portfolio management and the client relationship.
Further, you’ll have an opportunity to build on your existing credit/analytical skills and client relationship skills, playing a key role in driving superior client outcomes.
In the role of **Analyst/Associate - Corporate Property** you will join the** Client Management & Execution team** that’s doubling down on **moving with speed and keeping it simple.**
**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:
- Supporting portfolio maintenance activities including portfolio administration, monitoring of facility documentation, including covenant compliance and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data.
- Undertaking financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of new credit submissions and annual reviews, including amendments to existing transactions.
- Managing workflow between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience.
- Attend client meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends.
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of NAB’s credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.
**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:
- Previous banking experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a Corporate or Institutional Banking environment.
- Experience in commercial real estate will be highly desirable.
- Strong skills in credit, financial analysis, modelling and documentation.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
