Assistant Concession Manager

Reporting to the Concession Manager, the Assistant Concession Manager will support the Manager in building a team that is empowered to exceed. You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

The Opportunity:

- Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in store experience
- Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the business
- Supporting the Manager by ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures

Key Attributes:

- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Embodying the Country Road Group can-do attitude and demonstrating CRG’s passion for our brands and customer obsessed culture.
- Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
- Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Fantastic opportunity for a full time sales assistant or supervisor, seeking to progress their retail career
