**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Attend affect properties, providing a seamless and high-level service
- Perform all areas of mitigation and restoration works as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring best outcomes
- Prepare and present damage and inspection reports for insurers
- Complete all necessary job documentation
- Travel to and from sites (work vehicle provided)

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Previous restoration, commercial cleaning, or construction experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s licence and White Card (IICRC qualification, highly regarded)
- National Police check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
