**What is this role all about?**
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, this role is responsible for the daily management of fleet logistics and activities within Tasmania. With a focus on effective control and efficiency of fleet distribution processes, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinate daily, weekly & monthly fleet planning by location for the area in line with targets and demand
- Ensure all vehicles are in correct location and in correct status
- Review and analyse fleet requirements and take appropriate actions to maximise utilisation and yield
- Coordinate and carry out the addition, deletion and restrictions of rental vehicles in accordance with fleet plans to maximise utilisation
- Coordinate all new vehicles arrivals and loading into systems to ensure immediate access
- Plan and deploy transportation and movements of vehicles in line with targets to ensure mínimal downtime of all vehicles.
- Achieve BP and CE targets for area of responsibility, inclusive of utilisation and transport spend

With previous experience in operations and fleet in a similar environment, you will have the following skills:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
