At Westside BMW, we are on the look-out for a **Pre-Delivery Supervisor** to join our Darra based team.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will support the Service Department by coordinating the detailing and Pre-Delivery of all vehicles to ensure the vehicles are immaculately presented at all times.

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Organising all new and used vehicle deliveries through the Workshop and Detailing Department
- Arrange for all contractors to carry out internal repairs and aftermarket work as required
- Prepare for all wholesale and trade in vehicles to be processed through the correct Department
- Arrange for vehicles to be cleaned for customer viewings as required
- Organise service loan car rolls
- Arrange all local transport for wholesale vehicles
- Be the contact point for all transport companies when picking up/dropping off vehicles from the dealership
- Ensure the Detailing Department is clean and tidy
- Ensure the demonstrator board is attended to on regular basis ensuring all vehicles are washed/fueled to a high standard
- Attending to the showroom

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Dealer Management System (ERA Net)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A full drivers license and sound driving record
