This Position reports to:
EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager
**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You’ll be responsible for leading demand activities within the Infrastructure and Transport segment and ensure that the Electrification Smart Power and Smart Building divisions and related local sales units substantially increase sales, profit, market share and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your assigned segment.
Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Drive sales of ABB products, systems, and services within assigned segment(s), focusing on volume, mix, and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with ABB’s full offering.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, ensuring effective marketing activities and compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with local technical promotion teams to support segment-specific initiatives and drive demand generation.
- Lead pursuit efforts for marquee projects, managing strategic engagements and aligning with key decision-makers across the segment.
- Prepare and manage sales plans, offers, and proposals using ABB-authorized tools, ensuring both technical and financial accuracy.

**Qualifications for the Role**:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale infrastructure pursuits with strategic insight and execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation and identifying new market opportunities.
- Skilled communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse groups.
- Proven business development capabilities, underpinned by strong technical expertise in electrification.
- Ideally holds a degree in business or engineering, enabling a balanced commercial and technical perspective
