**Carco**, have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused **Receptionist** to work at their Midland Hub which encompasses the brands such as Nissan and Isuzu UTE.

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail.

**ROLE**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
- 2x Full-time positions available
- Saturday work day is required

- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
- Honest with high levels of energy and integrity
- Fully Computer Literate
- Able to multi task an prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- ** Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential**

We have **two** roles available with the following hours:
**Role 1**:
Monday: 8am - 5.30pm

Wednesday: 8am - 5pm

Thursday: 8am - 5.30pm

Friday: 8am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 8am - 1pm (every 2nd Saturday)

**Role 2**:
Monday: 8am - 5.30pm

Tuesday: 8am - 5.30pm

Wednesday: 11am - 8pm

Friday: 8am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 8am - 1pm (every 2nd Saturday)
