**About the role - 1x permanent, full-time position and 2 x full-time, fixed-term contracts based in Adelaide CDB, starting in March, ending 30 June.**
We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to join the Broker Support team within Lending & Insights. In this role, you will fulfill Third Party (Mortgage Broker) lending servicing activities whilst maintaining a drive to identify areas for improved operational efficiencies. You will work collaboratively with the Lending & Insights Home Loan support teams and other supporting departments to deliver the best outcomes for our members and mortgage brokers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing loan servicing activities including Virtual Verification of Identity, loan restructures, product renegotiations, fixed rate reviews and membership onboarding
- Providing regular status updates to mortgage brokers within agreed SLA's
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of required policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrating the highest level of personal commitment and ethics while complying with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act
- Maintaining a risk-based approach in all dealings with members and mortgage brokers
We currently have one permanent full-time position, as well as two fixed-term contracts, full-time, up to 4 months in length.
With leadership commitment to your development and succession planning, the Relationship Support Officer role provides a great foundation and pathway to advancing your career within Home Loan support operations. Our Relationship Support Officers often use this role as a stepping stone and pursue opportunities within our Broker Loan Delivery or Home Loan Delivery team who support the home loan Document Preparation and Settlement functions.
**About you**
Your previous work experience will highlight your passion to always deliver excellent experiences for members and/or internal stakeholders. Your solid understanding of Real Estate lending practices along with knowledge of the home loan processes will be key to your success.
Additionally, we seek:
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team orientation with an ability to work autonomously
- Understanding of the National Consumer Credit Code requirements
