Join a well-established landscaping and maintenance business with nearly 50 years' experience servicing major shopping centres and high-profile commercial sites across Victoria.

We're looking for an organised Administration & Compliance Support to help manage records, schedules, and operational data for 16 hours a week (with flexibility).

The Role

Support our Maintenance Manager and Office Manager with compliance, administration, and record-keeping, including:

  • Set up staff and subcontractor details in client portals
  • Track key dates and requirements for works (training, certifications, inductions)
  • Assist with PPE checks, chemical audits and stock counts
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle registers
  • Enter weekly tasks and review timesheets in AroFlo
  • Coordinate training, meetings and incident reports
  • Support the rollout of new systems and software

About You

  • Experience in compliance (facilities, construction, or maintenance preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using a variety of software programs
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with different people
