**Your Opportunity**

As a Manager within TD you will have had five years’ experience in consulting (or equivalent industry or Australian Public Service experience). You will be responsible for leading client engagements, teams of people, and will support the development and growth of more junior TD team members

Your role as a Manager within TD may include the following:

- Successfully lead and deliver client-based transformation projects/programs.
- Bringing together powerful teams from across our firm with deep experience in People & Change, Customer Analytics & Design, Policy & Evaluation, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy & Enablement and Financial Management.
- Leading transformational projects and work packages in diverse stakeholder environments.
- Leading project planning, execution, dependencies, and controls ensuring integration in large and complex transformations.
- Leading the implementation of governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery to our clients.
- Developing strong client relations and lead business development opportunities.
- Establishing and managing key project and program management documents and processes.
- Leading project or program scope, quality, scheduling, budget, risk and issues, stakeholder, and communication management activities.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to build the capacity of our teams and integrating capabilities from across the firm.

- Certification in Methods such as PRINCE2, AGILE, PMBOK, MSP, MOP.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analysis complex information and summarise and present in a succinct manner
- Ability to establish productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to establish and lead cohesive teams
- Background and interest in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Transformation projects
- Portfolio, Program or Project management
- Operating Model transformation
- Governance - tactical, operational, and strategic
- Scheduling
- Risk & Issue Management
- Benefits Management
- IT Service Management and Transition Management

**Qualifications**:

- Active Australian Security Clearance
- 5 years’ experience in a project manager or equivalent
