**Role Summary**:
Support the implementation of workforce transformation.
Develop frameworks and tools to aid Groups and Services with workforce transformation activities.
Contribute to issues analysis and provide support to coordinate workforce planning processes.
**Responsibility**:
Develop a workforce transformation strategy to support the workforce impacted by the implementation of new business capabilities to adjust and thrive
Work collaboratively with Capability Realisation Managers and Defence People Group to quantify impacts and develop transitional and enduring solutions to workforce adjustment needs.
Develop a compelling workforce narrative to support transitioning to new business capabilities based upon a shared vision of success.
