Manager - Operational Transformation Aspac

**How Are You Extraordinary?**

As a Transformation Manager, you will be part of the regional team that collaborates with our global programs to co-design and deliver our future ecosystem. Utilising your knowledge and experience in transformation, you will facilitate the design of our future state through strategic thinking, collaboration, practical experience, and change management fundamentals. You will lead stakeholders through the transformation journey to ensure its success. This is a hands-on role in a small but energetic team with a strong focus on delivery.

This role will report into the ASPAC Head of Operational Transformation and working closely with the broader ASPAC Team.

Previous experience in executing operational transformation programs is important. A commercial focus is also required to ensure that whatever strategies are developed are commercially sensible for all member firms. While not a technology role, an understanding of operational technology is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate understanding and insights of operational transformation fundamentals, process and organisational design and change management
- Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across KPMG to understand business drivers and challenges to enable you to design and deliver solutions
- Define business problems and design and implement new operating models; including people, process, and technology
- Work with the Head of Operational Transformation to build our transformation roadmap and investment case to achieve our future state
- Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation
- Identify and add value to processes, or redesign the way that we operate
- Be able to articulate the value of transformation to our stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Collaboration, enthusiasm, empathy and adaptability - proactive with a positive, flexible, can do attitude
- 3-5 years experience working in a transformation implementation role
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong team and project management skills (including planning and resourcing)
- Experience in Professional Services or Financial Services highly desirable
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications are highly desirable
