**About the Role**
The Global Finance Business Partner and Systems Manager will be embedded within the FP&A team acting as the key support on Group Finance Systems, in addition to supporting other activities within the team. This critical role will enable CTM to deliver on strategic financial initiatives with a focus on maintaining and enhancing existing financial systems and solutions.

This role will report directly to the Global Head of FP&A and is critical to ensuring strategic finance initiatives are delivered and required financial reporting is available to the business. The role will have one direct report - the Group Finance Data Analyst.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Managing the group’s Financial Consolidation system (Oracle HFM)**:

- Analyse the requirements and implement enhancements to CTM’s consolidation system
- Collaborate closely with global and regional finance teams to address relevant queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand how Oracle HFM is implemented at CTM
- **Maintain and implement automated Data pipelines**:

- Responsible for ensuring the data pipeline flowing into Anaplan is done in an effective and accurate manner
- Lead and deliver on implementing upcoming automated data pipelines to enable data driven insights
- **Leading new Finance Transformation Projects**:

- Become the key project implementation lead for upcoming global finance transformation projects
- Leverage off existing technologies and systems to develop appropriate solutions with quicker implementation times
- **Maintain existing SharePoint, PowerApps and Automation solutions**:

- Ability to identify what the key issues are and develop a sustainable solution
- Willing to explore upcoming technologies and test how we could use these to enhance existing solutions
- Ability to address queries on existing solutions from internal and external parties
- **Provide support to the broader FP&A and Group Finance teams as required**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Consistent delivery of high customer service, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ of hands-on experience in a business partnering role working with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; CPA/CA certified
- Experience working with consolidation systems, Oracle HFM preferred and building financial reports from these systems
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerApps, Python or other programming languages preferred
- Experience in business travel or related industries is preferred but not essential
- Strong technical skills using Financial Consolidation systems like Oracle HFM
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, and various financial systems (Anaplan, Power BI preferred).
- Strong attention to detail is needed to ensure data pipelines are appropriate
- High commercial acumen and proactive, solution-focused approach.
