Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lismore team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects
- Strong commitment to WH&S
- Measure and order Flashings and roofing materials
- Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing
- Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues
- Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products
- Experience in the Metal Roofing industry (NSW and / or QLD)
- Solid understanding of the building and roofing process
- Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries
- Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role
- Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
