About the Role
Within the Manage My Money & Financial Wellbeing (FWB) team in ANZ Plus, you will be responsible for the FWB Innovation squad. Your team’s mission is to deliver features that surprise and delight and support our customers’ financial wellbeing. You’ll be working in a high performing, self-organising squad with creative engineers and designers with global ideas and experience.

What could your day look like?
Help to implement innovative features, products and services that enhance customer behaviours and financial wellbeing. You will contribute to, and deliver the FWB innovation roadmap and be the centre point for the squad (engineers, designers, analysts, risk) to push the boundaries of experiential design and customer experiences.
Day to day you will;
Work closely with broader FWB team (strategy, behavioural science, other product leads) to align your roadmap with the greater purpose of ANZ Plus
Help the team align, document and articulate the vision into requirements that our engineering teams can build
Lead cross-squad and/or program deliverables that drive great customer and business outcomes
Experiment, test, learn, utilise data and feedback to continually improve design and customer experience
Roll your sleeves up and contribute to a robust culture where everyone pitches in
Expect change, ambiguity and to be stretched outside your comfort zone
Identify, document and manage risks, issues and decisions.
What will you bring?
Product Owner experience within a digital environment, we’re open on background, with banking and financial wellbeing expertise optional, but preferred
A natural engager and influencer of stakeholders, this role will see you working with internal and external people and services
Originality and energy, you’ve built a product and experience from scratch
Champion of Agile | Experimentation | UX | CX | Engineers | Designers and tools such as Jira | Confluence | Slack
Never satisfied with “good enough” - you’re always surfacing ideas and leading your squad to do the same. You embrace challenging status quo
Commerciality, you understand that beautiful goes hand in hand with sensible - is it feasible, desirable, viable?
