Skyline Creative is a boutique production company offering premium marketing content to Sydney's prestige real estate industry. We are seeking talented freelance writers with outstanding communication skills and affable personalities to join our team.

The role entails visiting properties in and around Sydney, taking notes on-site and discussing key selling points with owners and real estate agents; then writing the copy for a selection of advertisements (eg. web, brochure, sign etc) to specific character counts. You'll normally go into a home as part of our creative team, often including photographers, floorplanners and videographers.

Confidence, friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality and a natural aptitude for writing are all must-haves. Real estate writing experience is preferable, but not essential.

Our office operates Mon - Fri and as the role is a freelance position, the quantity of work we can give you will depend on your availability, skill level, enthusiasm and willingness to travel. But you retain total freedom on what jobs you accept and when.

Applicants must display the following requirements:

- Valid Driver's License and reliable mode of own transport
- A passion and flair for writing concise, factual and creative copy
- A PDF cover letter stating where they are based and why they feel they are well suited to the role

- Ability to turn copy around within a strict 24 hour deadline
