**About the Role**
A Melbourne based opportunity has become available to join BOQ Group as an Assistant Relationship Manager This role will assist the Relationship Manager with the ongoing management of their client base within Commercial Lending.

You will have an integral role to play in end-to-end lending coordination including deal structure, serviceability, and workflow management all the way through to settlement activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Adhering to all internal processes, policy and compliance requirements and procedures
- Quality control of all documents being received and sent
- Assist in managing client enquiries and requests both pre and post settlement
- A wide range of administration duties and data entry
- Ability to identify new finance opportunities and refer business across different divisions of the bank

**About you**
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of commercial lending products. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and social team environment, you take initiative, and are a natural problem solver. You may have a degree in finance, accounting, commerce or similar, however this is not essential for this role.

As you will be responsible for liaising with clients daily, you will maintain exceptional communication skills and can establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You also have intermediate to advanced skills in utilizing the MS Office Suite of programs.
