**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our busy inbound call centre. As the voice of KinCare, you will be responsible for ensuring each customer's experience is of the highest quality. You will be required to direct calls and assist with a range of queries, which could include confirming services for existing customers, providing new customers with information on our services, or assisting our frontline care workers with their schedules.
What else you can expect:
- Hours: Mondays & Tuesdays 8am - 2pm, and Saturdays 11:30am - 4:30pm

- Hybrid working model - work in the office 1 or 2 days a week, and the rest from home
**About you**:
You will be empathetic, with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Experience working in a call centre is advantageous, but not essential if you are a quick and eager learner. Strong computer skills are essential, and experience with CRM systems are ideal.
Additionally, you will have strong time-management and organisational skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
