**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The document controller will ensure documents are created, reviewed, approved, distributed, and stored in accordance with Origin processes. They will also act as a process steward to promote good Information management practices and to support and advise others on effective document control processes.**

**More about the role**:

- Contribute to a high performing document control team
- Ensure compliance with Origin document control procedures
- Establish Origin as the partner of choice for onshore upstream unconventional development
- Ensure EDMS is used appropriately by endorsing and promoting correct document control procedures within Asset Services
- Ensure documentation is up to date and readily available for use within the business

**You will be a team player with the ability to openly communicate with other team members and be prepared to actively contribute towards development and continuous improvement of the team.**

**More about you**:

- Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver good quality work with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural team environment; be able to work unsupervised; accept responsibility and act on directives
- High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact within Asset Services; and external parties as required
- Excellent skills in multi-tasking, prioritisation and time management with the ability to manage numerous tasks at any one time in a demanding environment
- A preparedness to learn and adopt new work practices, systems, and procedures
- Self-motivated, highly efficient, proactive and professional with a respect for confidentiality
