Document Controller - Infrastructure Projects
Help deliver major infrastructure projects across Queensland
The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Document Controller
to support the delivery of significant infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in managing project documentation and ensuring accurate, timely information flow between project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures.
- Record, check and distribute drawings and documents through project information systems.
- Track and monitor correspondence, reports, schedules and change notices.
- Provide accurate reporting and manage user access within project systems.
- Support and train staff, contractors and consultants in document management processes.
About You
- Experience in a document control role, ideally on infrastructure projects.
- Strong skills in project information systems (InEight/TeamBinder highly regarded).
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with the ability to support others.
