Excellent opportunity to join this high profile Construction company in a great team, where you will be assisting Senior Document Controllers.
**The Role**
The Document Controller will provide document control and administration assistance to projects. Your duties will include;
- Document control using Aconex
- Managing all incoming and outgoing documents
- Logging, distribution, filing and archiving of documents and drawings received
- Maintain registers including materials and drawings registers and files
- Control all project documentation
- Assist with QA coordination and document control
- Assist with the lodgement of design state deliverables documentation
- Track design comments and close outs
- Assist with preparation of monthly reports
- Provide general project administration support when needed
**You**
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Demonstrated Document Control
- Aconex experience highly desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work within critical timeframes
- Understanding WHS and QA requirements
- Excellent Communication skills
- ** Experience in the Construction Industry or Similar highly desirable**
