**THE ROLE**

This maternity leave contract role is currently a 50/50 hybrid role, with most of the on-site requirement being at Nunawading and one day a week required to be at Derrimut. You will also be required to be on call to support retail stores & Store Support users after hours during weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The salary for this role has been set recognizing this requirement.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide first-level support to end users of POS systems
- Escalate complex issues to level 2 Support or external developers.
- Provide status reports and updates to all stakeholders and immediate manager regarding SLA status
- Creation and maintenance of System Knowledge-Base. This will be used for training materials and troubleshooting references.
- Be available for on-call works as required outside of business hours if applicable, especially within a project

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

- Prior experience in an IT/Helpdesk environment
- Retail POS systems support is essential
- Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide or recommend software solutions
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Microsoft SQL experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
