**About the Position**
**—**:
Reporting to the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, this role will focus on the development and execution of all marketing campaigns here in Australia and International markets. Working in the marketing, digital and customer team this role is to work collaboratively and manage the execution and coordination across the entire marketing communication journey across all owned, earned and paid channels to drive brand awareness and growth.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to coordinate and execute the end-to-end marketing across owned, earned and paid channels
- Work closely with key stakeholders and channels to develop and execute the end-to-end marketing activity, ensuring we delivering exciting and innovative campaigns
- Coordinate customer communications programmes, looking at new growth areas through brand affiliates, partnerships and influencers and collaborators
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies and other external suppliers to identify continuous improvement opportunities and support the ongoing upgrade of digital systems

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. marketing or communication
- Over 5 years proven experience in marketing and communications
- Extensive experience in retail marketing and building brands across either retail, fashion, beauty or consumer products
- Demonstrated results in delivering engaging, creative, omni-channel marketing campaigns that deliver growth and commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating, optimising and managing partnerships and collaborations
- Extensive experience managing multiple agencies - creative, media and public relations
- Demonstrated experience in building brands through partnerships, collaborations, public relations, social media and 3rd parties
