**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Business Analysis Lead**, you will be accountable for leading the delivery execution of all associated business analysis activities, including the initial discovery and analysis activities of new initiatives. This role is also responsible for leadership and capability development of Business Analysts who report directly to this role, ensuring business and stakeholder outcomes are met and there is adherence to Australian Retirement Trust (ART)’s Project Delivery Framework (PDF).

Key accountabilities will include:

- Lead discovery and early analysis activities during the ideation/inception phase for new initiatives to facilitate understanding of the customer and business impacts, potential for business benefits, delivery feasibility and delivery achievability of an initiative.
- Drive strong collaboration across design and delivery partners to ensure that solutions are well informed and comprehensive to achieve efficient and effective business outcomes.
- Lead a high performing team through resource planning, people leadership, ongoing mentoring, coaching and development of business analysts to deliver quality outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support effective decision-making in the program and projects through strong analysis and stakeholder consultation.

This role is available as a permanent and fixed term opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrated experience leading and directing the delivery of business analysis in large or complex environments
- Direct people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing teams.
- Extensive experience in business analysis delivery frameworks, governance and methodologies in a range of environments.
- Strong relationship management skills, inclusive of an ability to influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature.
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement of Business Analysis frameworks and ways of working.
- Financial Services / Superannuation experience.
- Experience working with the Agile development methodology.
- Knowledge and understanding of portfolio, program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools, and phases of the project/program lifecycle.
- Formal qualifications/certifications in business analysis or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and issues across numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
