  • Collaborate with developers to scope and implement features
  • Coordinate timelines, sprint priorities, and deliverables across teams

Internal Product Champion

  • Provide subject-matter expertise to implementation, support, and sales teams
  • Deliver training and maintain user and internal documentation
  • Support issue resolution by providing functional and system insights

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Gather and interpret user feedback to inform product improvements
  • Communicate feature updates, roadmap changes, and key developments

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Specialist—ideally in SaaS or software development
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, BPMN)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear technical specs
  • Experience developing documentation, workflows, and user stories
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, juggle changing priorities, and stay organised
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability

Why Join?

  • Be a core part of a growing innovation team at a tech-led workplace safety company
  • Work with purpose-driven people solving meaningful compliance challenges
  • Enjoy flexible working, great culture, and plenty of opportunities for growth
  • Help shape the digital products used across Australia's largest industries
