Technical Account Manager

Our client is a leader in providing expert solutions and services in visual communications and collaboration. A service driven organisation leading the market in mainstream IP voice communications, currently delivering rich “video” media communications and visual networking technologies to Tier One clients. As innovators with increasing demand, their technical expertise has ensured they continue to lead the way in managed services.
**_You will be responsible for:_**- Perform first level investigation of faults and provide resolution- Provide quality service to customers ensuring that cases are documented to expected Quality levels.- Liaise with Engineering staff to ensure service to customers is within set service level agreements.- Follow-up fault and request calls to ensure they have been completed to the customer’s satisfaction- Establish and build relationships with customers to facilitate optimal use of our client’s Support Services
**_Your skills & experience will be:_**- Minimum 2yrs Helpdesk experience particularly within a Managed Services environment- Experience in Visual communications (IP video conferencing, 3G video, IP streaming media and digital signage) and Collaboration (VoIP solution integration, messaging solutions, scheduling, web and data collaboration and integration)- Excellent communication skills is essential as well as the ability to build strong rapport- Ability to multi task and cope well in a demanding environment- Formal IT qualifications (TAFE, Degree or Industry certifications)
